What happened to LastPass on Chrome?
Webroot LastPass on chrome has been working for a long time and then today I noticed that the icon was missing. I thought it was hidden, but when I go to extensions the only webroot extension I see if the webroot filtering. Did it get removed for some reason? I know I didn’t remove it.And if I have to reinstall it, how do I do it? I find instructions on how to set LastPass up but absolutely no instructions on how to add it to the different browsers... unless I’m just missing it.I went to the Chrome Playstore and I can find LastPass, but no Webroot LassPass. Do I use the one called LastPass only or is there another one that I am suppose to use? And how do it find it in the PlayStore? Or where am I suppose to go to get it?Thanks.

"Windows Defender and Webroot SecureAnywhere are both turned off." NO THEY'RE NOT!
1st off, I'm not sure that I'm using SecureAnywhere *Complete*... I'm using the SecureAnywhere that's provided free to Ally bank customers and I only know that it's SecureAnywhere, that's it. (Side note: that would be an excellent piece of information to add to the GUI) Anywho, for the last few weeks Windows 10 has been popping up this message in the corner of my screen: Ummm... no it's not. At least, I know for a fact that Webroot SecureAnywhere is running... it auto-scans twice a day and I just manually scanned. So FYI Webroot, Windows 10 is dumb, good luck figuring out how to convince Windows that you actually ARE running. It would be nice to not continually be warned that you're turned off when in fact you're not. Please let me know if I can help investigate this further.
Support Website takes me in circles
Trying to access a message from webroot support but the link just takes me to a login for my account where there is no new message. The password and email sent in the original link from support doesn’t work. No way to access the new information without opening a new ticket. Why the original ticket was closed, I have no idea.Frustrating to have an answer from support after 4 days of waiting and you cannot access it!

Stupid Mistake. What should I do?
I was having trouble recently with Google Chrome not starting properly, usually taking 4 or more attempts for it to actually start and then having multiple instances shown as running in task manager. I uninstalled and reinstalled it but that didn’t help. I’m not a very sophisticated user, I should add. I took every app off my startup list, but that didn’t help either. I did notice there are a ton of items showing in task manager, most of which I can’t identify.I tried yesterday to contact webroot support and got someone posing as Webroot tech support after I called a number that appeared to be on a Webroot webpage. That was the stupid part. The guy took over my computer using teamviewer and messed around for almost an hour. Eventually, he told me I had numerous errors from multiple apps and needed updates and cleanup. I was getting suspicious, but the guy was pretty good at faking the role. Then he wanted to sell me a firewall which I declined and wanted to charge me for clea
Optimize fails at cookies index.dat
I recently discovered that optimization stops before the scan is completed and always stops at the same place. I also found that the file on which it stops does not exist. I am not sure whether the scan is actually completed and just does not reflect that in the progression or, the optimization actually stops before it is completed. How can I tell and if it is the latter, how do I fix it? I have removed and reloaded the program 4 times and this continues to happen. The is a relatively new event that I discovered about a month ago.I would appreciate any help / insight. Thanks much.Joseph
Unable to uninstall WRSA because it says I am not admin
Hello, since last update 9xxxxx.51, my webroot is behaving strangely. It does not appear under the task bar, and when I try to open manually via exe, doesnt appear, despite the fact it is running on the memory.I tried to uninstall and it sayd that I need to be admin to uninstall, BUT I AM! I am almost quiting this tool, as the support is bad, no chat, and cookies prevents me to open a ticket. Anyone passed thru this? Can help?

Webroot has stopped working
I’ve put a question in to support but they are a bit slow at the moment so I wondered if anyone has an idea to solve a problem. Webroot was working fine when I switched off the PC. When booted up the next day I noticed the webroot shortcut was missing and my sync icons were gone. The program is still in the program list but will not open.I decided to uninstall for a fresh install. It will not uninstall. Using standard uninstall I get the message “It is necessary to log in as an administrator to access this feature”.I have now tried every other way I could find on the web in normal and safe mode. None will uninstall. Any ideas? Thanks

Hi guys, So this is something odd. I was renewing my license on my computer. I accidentally typed the last digit wrong and it gave me an error (as expected). I then typed it correctly but I added 2 extra digits just in case to the end just to see what happens. But it still activiated... which is odd. But on the app, the correct license was showing with out the 2 extra digits. So it seems that even if you add extra digits to the end of the license, as long as everything before is correct, the app will accept the license.WR devs, can you confirm? Best.

Purchase error (charged without providing code) and no response from support for over 3 working days
Hi all,Last Friday, I have tried to purchase "webroot secure anywhere internet security complete 5 device 1 year subscription" (through WEBROOT’s official website).Upon clicking the "buy now" button, I was prompted with an error:"please correct the following errors and try again.card - one or more fields in the request contains invalid data."However, my credit card has already been charged the displayed amount of $29.99, and I have double confirmed with the card center that it has been billed.I have also checked my email and confirmed that I have not received a purchase confirmation email, instead there was an email prompting me that the purchase was not completed and I still have the item in my shopping cart.I have immediately contacted support through their “Talk to WEBROOT support” message system, and provided the purchase order code, but so far it has been 3 working days and I have yet to receive a reply from them. Please kindly let me know how else I might seek help.Thank you!Paul
