Hi, I use LogMeIn Pro to assist family members with computer issues/troubleshooting. I recently tried installing their desktop tool and Webroot identified it as maiware? Would their installer be considered Malware? If not, how do I get Webroot to see it as "safe"? Thanks
I have Webroot Secure Anywhere Complete for 5 devices. I can see my protected Windows PCs on the console, but I cannot see my protected mobile phones and tablets. How can I monitor the WebRoot status of those devices if they are not in my physical possession, and disable or dde-authorize WebRoot if I need to?
Hi Everyone, Since earlier this week, the webroot extension has not been working. All it keeps saying is that This extension requires Webroot SecureAnywhere to be installed and running. I already do have Webroot secure anywhere installed and it is active. How can I fix it? I also noticed that Webroot hasn’t been scanning my computer. I need to know how to fix that too. Thank you in advance!

Hello, I have Secure Anywhere Complete on my laptops that gets renewed automatically. I also have Internet Security Plus on one of my laptops that was recently purchased at Best Buy, ! I have 2 Imacs and 1 laptop windows 10 which already have Webroot antivirus installed since 2014. This antivirus only allow me to protect 3 devices. I got another laptop but its antivirus just expired a few days ago. For that reason I got a new webroot internet security complete antivirus for 5 devices in order to protect my 4th device. I wonder what I have to do. I would need to uninstall all my previous devices (3) webroot antivirus and install the new antivirus for 5 devices in every single device? That should be the right way to do this change? Can you please help?
I get notifications multpile times a day that both Webroot and Windows defender are turned off. This has happened since I had to uninstall and then reinstall Webroot to my computer. I am thinkinging there were possibly some files that didn’t fully get removed during the install that are now causing an issue with windows recognizing webroot. Please let me know how this can be fixed. I am concerned by it not only because it is annoying, but I do not want my computer left vulnerable since my webroot program now seems to freeze, hang, or close it self down at random times. I am on Windows Home, Dell Inspirion 7777, Please advise.
I have purchased a new Keycode for the Secure Anywhere Complete package upon reaching the expiration for last year’s subscription to the same product. I can’t find a way to move my password manager account to my new keycode. Other messages with a similar problem say contact support. I have contacted support and have had a message in the queue for 4 days without a response. I then tried to call support. The phone message says please, contact them online through the online message system and if you stay on the phone that the wait time is 25 minutes. I’m not going to wait on hold for 25 minutes. So what am I supposed to do? Other discussion messages with the same problem have just had the moderator step in and take care of it. Some have suggested just renewing the way they want you to, for the $79.99 renewal fee. Not going to do that either. This new keycode for the Complete package cost me $29.99. This product is not worth $80 to me. If that were my only option, I’d buy something else
I was offered to use 2FA and so used the Google Authenticator. I don’t think the Google Authenticator and Webroot is in sync. I’ve tried three times already and get the same loop. I would like to get this resolved as soon as possible or get my money back.

Why in 2019 does Webroot (Business) score so badly when tested with AV Test. https://www.av-test.org/en/antivirus/business-windows-client/manufacturer/webroot/ WR has not detected a lot of malware on my client PC’s but then again neither did Malwarebytes when I tested it in them…. Regards, XT
I found that computers with latest Windows will get the latest Webroot update 22.214.171.124 and after that network printing to Konica Minolta C220 will slow down 10 sec per job. The problem can be reproduced. It will not affect Windows 1909 18363.476 and Webroot 126.96.36.199 but after updating to 188.8.131.52 printing will slow down. If I disable webroot it will be quick again.
I play both project cars and Rfactor2 racing games and the game loads but The rooms for racing ar not loading, I only get a few, like 3 and I know there are over 400 on rfactor and 100 races in project cars When I disable webroot everything works great. Any help would be appreciated
Whenever my pc does a background scan and the little green box pops up to tell me all is ok I have started getting a windows message in the notification area telling me to check my antivirus as webroot and defender are off, which they are not as I can see and interact with them in the taskbar. This only started happening a week or so ago and I didn't worry to much about it at the time, but now I am wondering what's going on
I have a premium account for LastPass and a Premium account for Webroot Secure Anywhere. Now that these two companies have come together within the product known as Webroot Secure Anywhere should I when it comes to renewal of my Lastpass account let it lapse and then take up the offer of using LassPass within Webroot Secure Anywhere? Also is the LastPass product within Secure Anywhere the same as the LastPass Premium product that I already have?
I had the standalone version of Webroot complete installed on my machine. I had to upgrade my c drive to a larger size. I took it to bestbuy to have the work done. They said they were unable to clone it so they installed a fresh install of windows 10 pro. They put their version of webroot on as part of the package. Do you know if the Bestbuy version includes LastPass. If not, do I need to uninstall their version and install my original version to get LastPass bacK. TKANKS
Despite clicking on this popup to view the report, and rebooting my computer, I still get this popup. It has taken me out of full-screen applications, which is extremely frustrating. After trying to find the answer for myself online on how to disable this popup, and after looking through the Webroot settings, I can't see where there's an option to do so. I see that people have been posting about this since all the way back in 2014. Moreover, there's a suggestion thread that specifically asks for the popup to be disabled ... If needed, I'll find another anti-virus that doesn't spam popups at me.
