Why in 2019 does Webroot (Business) score so badly when tested with AV Test. https://www.av-test.org/en/antivirus/business-windows-client/manufacturer/webroot/ WR has not detected a lot of malware on my client PC’s but then again neither did Malwarebytes when I tested it in them…. Regards, XT
I found that computers with latest Windows will get the latest Webroot update 126.96.36.199 and after that network printing to Konica Minolta C220 will slow down 10 sec per job. The problem can be reproduced. It will not affect Windows 1909 18363.476 and Webroot 188.8.131.52 but after updating to 184.108.40.206 printing will slow down. If I disable webroot it will be quick again.
I play both project cars and Rfactor2 racing games and the game loads but The rooms for racing ar not loading, I only get a few, like 3 and I know there are over 400 on rfactor and 100 races in project cars When I disable webroot everything works great. Any help would be appreciated
Whenever my pc does a background scan and the little green box pops up to tell me all is ok I have started getting a windows message in the notification area telling me to check my antivirus as webroot and defender are off, which they are not as I can see and interact with them in the taskbar. This only started happening a week or so ago and I didn't worry to much about it at the time, but now I am wondering what's going on
I have a premium account for LastPass and a Premium account for Webroot Secure Anywhere. Now that these two companies have come together within the product known as Webroot Secure Anywhere should I when it comes to renewal of my Lastpass account let it lapse and then take up the offer of using LassPass within Webroot Secure Anywhere? Also is the LastPass product within Secure Anywhere the same as the LastPass Premium product that I already have?
I had the standalone version of Webroot complete installed on my machine. I had to upgrade my c drive to a larger size. I took it to bestbuy to have the work done. They said they were unable to clone it so they installed a fresh install of windows 10 pro. They put their version of webroot on as part of the package. Do you know if the Bestbuy version includes LastPass. If not, do I need to uninstall their version and install my original version to get LastPass bacK. TKANKS
Despite clicking on this popup to view the report, and rebooting my computer, I still get this popup. It has taken me out of full-screen applications, which is extremely frustrating. After trying to find the answer for myself online on how to disable this popup, and after looking through the Webroot settings, I can't see where there's an option to do so. I see that people have been posting about this since all the way back in 2014. Moreover, there's a suggestion thread that specifically asks for the popup to be disabled ... If needed, I'll find another anti-virus that doesn't spam popups at me.
My current subscription is about to expire, so I purchased a new copy. How do I apply (or add) the days on the new keycode to the existing one? I also want to do so without losing the 20 days I still have left on the existing subscription. Thanks
Developers in my company are having problems with WebRoot creating excessively large log files due to endlessly scanning the executables they are building, testing and running. This goes a bit beyond a regular exception policy, because the executables they create are of course literally brand new every time they start them. I imagine this situation is common for software developers using WebRoot (if there are any), so can anyone point me to the best solution?
Hello!I have a physical Windows 10 64-bit machine, that have Webroot SecureAnywhere already installed and running. Some days ago I installed Oracle VM VirtualBox, and installed Windows XP in it, so I can have some older applications running inside the virtual machine on Windows XP operating system. My question is: Do I have to install Webroot SecureAnywhere inside Windows XP in the virtual machine to have it protected from viruses?Thank you,michel392
because every time I started the computer, it would ask me if I wanted to allow it to make changes to the computer. I think that means it had crashed. In any case, I went to the webroot website and downloaded the installer. I did search for Webroot Secure Anywhere complete, made sure it was the webroot website and then downloaded. But how do you know for sure which version you have? Is the installer the same for all versions and you keycode determines which version you have? Thanks
Hello Webroot friends! I bought Webroot Complete yesterday for 5 devices, want to try it and do some review about mentioned antivirus. My opinions about Webroot are: Positive:

I was suprised when saw Web Based Control Managment for all your products. You can send commands to other PCs that are protected by Webroot, do a scan, restart etc. It's just amazing addon by Webroot.
Was also very satisfied how small impact does it have on PC memory, almost like it does not exist. No impact, very small but powerful.
You also get 25GB space on cloud which you can access from anywhere! You can always log in and take some documents which you need, anywhere, anytime. Thats amazing too.
Very fast and easy install, you can also randomize letters in install directory which infected machine will not recognize its an antivirus and won't be able to block it.
Fast scans and powerful signatures!
Negative:

At first I had a problem after downloading an Trial ver
Two Issues on Secure Anywhere -

on my Desktop PC shows the infected report copied & pasted below. But doesn't tell me what to do with it?
Can successfully log into my account on Android mobile, but Webroot will not accept my same login details when trying to log into Reset Password or Security Code as two fixes need attention. It states a new password email has been sent to me but there are no emails in my gmail inbox.
I'm really so frustrated with Webroot and not being a very techie person find all this stressful. Please can you help me. Hello. I've had trouble since downloading and installing Webroot. I've set up my account, software is installed and I can't use it because I'm unable to confirm the registration. I get to the point when I'm asked to enter the fourth and sixth (or whatever, since it's random) number of the security code. I set up my "security code" and when I input what I believe to me to be my security code I'm given an error. "Error(UCR102):Invalid credentials, please re-enter" Upon reentering I get the same, then timed out and told to try again in 15 minutes. I'd like to keep Webroot, but since I'm unable to use what I paid for I just want a refund. Just tired of dealing with theissue. I bought this online, but there's no contact phone number for customer service.
Windows 10 x64 Anniversary edition - I cannot get the "Scan with WebRoot" entry on the context menu when I right-click a file. Instead I get "Scan with Windows Defender" How do I get Webroot onto that menu? Can I have both options there?
I have WebRoot on two computers and want to install it ton my IPAD. From everything I read, I need to download it from the App Store, which I’ve successfully done. How do I add the IPAD? My account still shows I only have two computer protected and no mobile devices. I’ve looked at related topics, but still having problems.
User Account Control pops up a message every time the PC starts asking if I want to allow Webroot SecureAnywhere to make changes to the computer. Following suggestions posted here, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. The program at first refused to uninstall, although Webroot online said it was uninstalled. I tried uninstalling using both the Webroot program link and Windows 7 programs and features. I also ran CleanWDF more than once. The only thing that prevented the popup was manually deleting WRSA.exe. However, after reinstalling, the popup is back. What can be done about this nuisance? Thank you.
Update - SORRY MY WEBROOT APP ON MOBILE PHONE IS: WEBROOT SECURE ANYWHERE MOBILE COMPLETE. Logged into my account where shows '0' next to my android mobile & mobile phone number. When I click on red fix/edit balloon info states "unsafe state". I am in Western Australia. When I go to Secure Anywhere app, it shows "no theats" & "no viruses". However my mobile is not being covered according to the '0' mobiles covered in my account. Please help. I am not a techie guru so please keep very basic wording for any instructions I need to follow to fix. Thank you.
