Installing webroot from disc
I am rying to install webrrot eomplete form disc and when I insert the disc nothing happens. My current version is opened and then everything ceases. The instructions on the disc state that the installation program begins automatically.

If so hover over it and can you tell us the version number as the latest release is v126.96.36.199 also Double click on the Orb and it will open the main interface.
Yes I have it installed, I purchased the computer last year and it came with Secure Anywhere version v188.8.131.52 installed. This version will expire in 16 days. I purchased internet security complete on disc. I double clicked on the on the orb and it opened the interface. Where do I go from there?

What Product version are you running now WSA-Complete, WSA-Anti-Virus, WSA- Internet Security Plus and did you buy your new PC at Best Buy US and do you you have a Subscription via Geek Squad just asking to be sure? I am running Internet Scurity Plus, version 184.108.40.206.
I do not use the password manager.
Can you please do a clean reinstall of WSA and Please follow the steps closely!
