I have seen this issue for months now. I can't say publicly what I do but I deal with thousands of Webroot installs a year.

I noticed there is an issue with the WRkrn.sys after Webroot has expired. It fails to load since its only apart of the active protection. You then have to load a Pre-installation environment of some kind with a command prompt. Then go to C:WindowsSystem32drivers and del WRkrn.sys and sometimes a bcdboot C:Windows in order to get the computer to boot again.

If you have resolutions for this already I'm sorry I posted.
