LastPass how do I get it?

Hey, 

 

I’ve wanted to use LastPass for a while.

 

I waited, as the option for it has said:

 

“Password Manager Powered by LastPass

Your keycode has now expired.”

 

And just gave me an option to renew.

I didn’t want to renew until my last day, so I didn’t waste any days I had left before I renewed.

Today I renewed for three years [Complete for 5 devices]

But, still the LastPass section on https://my.webrootanywhere.com/home

 

Says the same:
 

Password Manager Powered by LastPass

Your keycode has now expired.

And I still have no way to do anything but go to ‘renew’ - I have over 1k days left of my new subscription.

I thought maybe I couldn’t use LassPass because I only tried to with around 20 days left of my previous webroot ‘subscription’

I’m sure I am being thick. But how do I start using LassPass, as it’s one of the reasons I renewed with webroot as I was looking forward to using it

Welcome to the Webroot Community,

Sorry to hear you are having issues. My best advice is to Submit a Support Ticket which is free of charge with your active Webroot Subscription….and they should be able to assist you with LastPass.

This is what I see, remember I have 1,094 days left on my subscription for Complete

Just for completeness, this is the page it takes me to. So I have no way to get access [that I can see] LassPass
