After installing Webroot, I was no longer able to access Google Chrome.  I added chrome.exe as “allow” under PC Security which now lets me open a chrome browser.  However, I am not able to access any links in Microsoft Outlook.  I’m not even able to access the “Visit User Guide” or “Learn More” in the Webroot app itself.  The cursor just spins for a moment then ….nothing.  Any advice would be appreciated.  Thanks!

Sounds like Webroot is unnecessarily blocking some functionality for you which is definitely not expected. Have you tried reaching out to our support team? They can be contacted via phone or email HERE

Has this been resolved? I have the same problem
