Would you be able to give us some more information? Are you having trouble sihning into Password Manager in your browser? What browser are you using? Because we do have a toolbar fixit for Password Manager. If you want this Toolbar fix then please let us know.
Have you renewed or upgraded recently?
Has PW Manager ever worked for you?
Have you enabled permissions for Password Manager in the Online Account Console?

Also you can always Submit a Support Ticket which is free of charge with a Webroot subscription.and they will gladly get this sorted for you.
