My webroot mistake blocked some sites .
OS : win 7 sp 1 32bit with latest update
Browser : firefox 36.0.1
Webroot Filtering Extention Version : 188.8.131.52
I have same this problem old time but on new version again have this problem .

Can you be more specific in what websites Webroot is blocking?
Have you gone to Bright Cloud and checked the Url here and you can go here to request a change?

if i click on unblock page and continue , view page . and then i visit same page , webroot must will block it or no ?
I get the spinning circles but it loaded for me as you can see here..
But my browser blocked it . , i sent link for you .

They told me i must call by phone for get support .
Really i can not understand .
Did you get an email from support saying they want you to set up a scheduled time for them to call you so they can remotely work on your computer? Or are you actually saying that your support ticket said that you have to call them instead? I've not had that experience from Support telling me to call them.
they do not talk about remotely !
