New user with complete but not receiving all elements


I recently purchased Secure anywhere complete via a dvd, when I have installed it I am missing the backup, mobile and passwords is this normal???? I have tried emailing through contact you but I can't read the reply seems there is a problem when I put the password in even though I have cookies allowed

The best thing to do is to open a ticket here:  https://detail.webrootanywhere.com/servicewelcome.asp
Then support can use your email address and passcode to find out what's wrong.

The purchase on 09/29/12 was for SecureAnywhere Antivirus and is properly associated to your My Webroot Account. If you are positive you purchased a Complete subscription we may be able to get a scanned copy of your receipt or of the box and help you further. Please Open a Support Ticket if you would like to go this route explaining you purchased a Complete keycode.
 
If you have any SecureAnywhere Complete keycodes other than the purchase I am seeing on 09/29/12, please Send them in a Private Message.
