Welcome to the Community Forums.
The credentails that one uses for the Password Manager are the same as those use to set up the online console (here). Have you set up the console? If not then please do so as soon as possible. If you need assistance in doing this please refer to this KB Article.
I should also point out that the credentials are case sensitive so please make sure that you are taking that into account when entering them to log into the Password Manager.
