Password Manager has not transferred to new purchase code. How do I swap over?

I have renewed my Webroot Complete and have a new 20 digit code, but Password Manager insists my subscription has expired. How do I convince it otherwise.  I took a backup of my passwords before renewal, as I had this problem last year, but cannot remember the solution.

Hello and welcome to the Webroot Community!

When you buy a new keycode and install it you need to Contact Support and ask them to transfer your Passwords and if you use Back Up & Sync to your new keycode that's why it's always best to renew the current keycode then there is no need for  transferring.

Thanks,

Daniel 😉

Hello,
I have the same problem, I wasn't aware that even with adding new keycode, my old password manager will be unavailable, so now I'm stuck and can't access my old password manager even if I can log in.

I sent a ticket to support team and they just replied me back the general answer that I need to login and follow the instruction to export my password as CSV file and so on. my problem is when I login to my old account, it says my account has been deactivated, can you please help me on this.

Still, there is a misunderstanding about my issue and I'm going to explain my issue there on the support page.

The support team added 5 days to my old account so I can export my password and download the backup.

Thanks to @ @ for helping me and also the support team for instant reply.
