Is this happening when you attempt to look at your password data from the online console (HERE) or from the WSA client on your system?
If it is the former then there is nothing more that we can suggest than that you Open a Support Ticket and get the Support Team to check out the back office system which is where all the password data is held. We volunteers do not have access to those systems.
If it is the latter case then please provide more information on what you are doing when this occurs.
