I have WebRoot and intend to keep it. It should be coming up for renewal very very soon. Do you contact me or should I have it on automatic renewal? Just let me know how to do that.

Is your purchase from Best Buy or from another source, i.e., another retailer or Webroot direct?
Reason I ask is that the renewal process is slightly different depending on where you bought from.
