Scheduled scans don't run

I have my scan schedule set to perform scans daily before noon when the computer is idle. The past couple of weeks it has not been performing the scans. Today (at 12:30PM) it tells me the last scan was completed 24 hours ago.
 
I turn my PC off every evening and turn it back on every day about 8AM. It usually would run the scan about an hour after that. I tried reseting the scan schedule and that didn't seem to help. When it did finally scan a for a few days, it would usually scan just a few minutes before noon.  I believe this started after the last update. So now I have to scan manually. I have not changed any of the settings, and there is nothing else running during that time.:(

You are correct that the scans should be running +/- one hour from the scheduled time. Our technicians will need to collect diagnostic logs to investigate further. Please Open a Support Ticket and they will respond as soon as possible.
