How to setup Webroot Password Manager on android tablet or cell phone. I have downloaded all three Apps for the Complete Program. Thanks for you help.

Trying to install webroot secureweb from google on my tablet. Asks that I pay 51.99. Why. I have webroot secure complete on my computers. I have added my tablet to my account. What do I need to do?
