Would you please let me know what Browser you are using? For FF go to the menu at the right hand corner and click on addons and you should see the Webroot Filtering Extension (1.0.040) and Webroot Password Manager (2.5.5) and in Chrome Please check to the right upper corner open it up go to Settings/Extenstions and see if you Webroot toolbars are inabled there. and if you not here you can use  Password Management Toolbar Fix Tool For PC:
http://download.webroot.com/toolbarfix.exe
  Note this toolbar fix is for Windows PC. If you have a Mac let me know..
