Unable to use Password Manager or login in mobile app

When logging into my Secure anywhere desktop password tabit says my keycode has expired, however I renewed it the other day. It also gives me a pop up message that says page could not accessed, try again later.
 
Also, when I go to use the backup&sync app it says invalid login to check username, password and key code.

Your new keycode was not associated with your MyWebroot Account. I just associated and the issue should be resolved. You may need to manually update the client by activating the new keycode (open SecureAnywhere>click My Account>click Activate a new keycode>copy & paste your keycode>click Activate). I have sent you the new keycode in a private message.
