Hello @durantash,

How are you? Sorry you are having these issues.

Are you able to Submit a Support Ticket and have them take a look? Because I think they are the ones who can fix this.

@TripleHelix do you have any ideas that might help here?

There's not much we can do on the Consumer Console and nothing that you are asking for maybe put in an Idea Feature Request? https://community.webroot.com/got-an-idea-29 Here is the Online Console Guide: https://docs.webroot.com/us/en/home/wsa_website_userguide/wsa_managementwebsite_userguide.htm

One other thing you can do to clean up your online console is to Deactivate the expired/unused Devices as it looks like you have many, many pages on your console. https://community.webroot.com/webroot-secureanywhere-antivirus-12/how-to-deactivate-a-pc-31240

Maybe talk to Webroot to see if they can put you onto a Business or MSP Console if that will help? I never seen so many on a Consumer Console.....

MSP: https://www.webroot.com/us/en/business/partners/msp-partner-program

Business: https://www.webroot.com/us/en/business/smb/endpoint-protection and https://docs.webroot.com/us/en/business

I will ping @akim to see if she can help you? Also more info maybe from @NicCrockett about the Business Console if that will help?

I suggest you deactivate the expired endpoints like @TripleHelix suggested. This will help clean-up your console and make it easier to navigate. It's also possible that one or more of those expired endpoints is causing the issue, or it could be that the consumer version console wasn't built to handle that many endpoints. If you're going to handle that many endpoints you might consider the business version like @TripleHelix suggested. Unfortunately I'm more knowledgeable about that version than the consumer version, so I can only make suggestions. However, you might find that business licenses cost less given the quantity you're buying. If you have any questions about the business version, feel free to ask, and I'll help as best I can.

If you want to stay where you are and not deactivate any endpoints, I suggest contacting support and reporting this as a bug. This will hopefully get them to look at your account and see if it's a problem with an endpoint or their software. If it's an endpoint, they can probably tell you which one to deactivate or possibly fix it on their end. If it's an issue with the software, unfortunately you may have to wait for a fix and that's if they even decide to fix it. Having that many endpoints in one consumer console may be such a rare occurrence that it's not worth fixing. Sorry, such is the way of software development.

Good Luck!

No problem @TripleHelix. You and @Ssherjj did a lot of the work already.
