Web filter extension pop up not installed again MAC

Both web filter and password manager extensions are properly installed (Safari) but after each restart a pop up warning keeps coming that Web filter extension is not installed. 
 
Please how can I avoid such warnings?

My best advice is to issue a Support Ticket free of charge so they can see if WSAC is properly installed.

I fixed my issue with this popping up with a uninstall/clean reinstall.
 
If you want to do this reinstall I can direct you to do so.  But to be honest I'd have support look at this.

I did make a request for support via a support ticket. Thanks. A reinstall has not solved the problem.

Reinstalling WSA did not solve this issue for me. Reinstalling OSX did the trick though. All working smoothly again. Thank you!
