It all started when I mistakenly upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 7 Pro.

When I look at the Web Console the other computer with WBSA installed appears in the list. To remedy the problem the following steps were taken.

  1. Uninstalled Webroot.
  2. From Webroot's site downloaded the install files.
  3. Rebooted.
  4. Ran Webroot's install program.
  5. Webroot ran a series of scans, then opened.
  6. Check Webroot's web console--the computer with the fresh install still does not list that computer.
Is there a fix for this? Everything seems to be working normal, but without the system being listed how do I know if it really is working as it should?

Hi ?,

Welcome to the Webroot Community.

Sometimes when adding Webroot to a new PC it can take a little while for the new PC to show up in the console. Running a scan usually expedites the process, but I have had to wait 2-3 hours sometimes for it to happen.

How long has it been since installing? Have you rebooted since installing?

Thanks,
