Needless to say this is very disappointing for all our customers who are using this product. This is the most visible way in which Webroot is visible and brings value to customers. While the extnetion is disabled this introduces an additional risk.
When is Webroot going to update their plug in? Manual intervention on the part of the user is not an option with users who are not computer savvy, and users will see this as a Webroot issue regardless of the actual root cause.
Let me know when this will be fixed.
In the meantime I will see if there is a way to turn off signing. This workaround is not an option for our customers.
