WebRoot Version 9.0.6.18
I forgot the Webroot password and my subscription expires in 17 days. I have a newer version of WebRoot that I want to install, but cannot because of the forgotten password. The PC is not listed on Webroot's web site as a protected PC. How do I get around this?

When you speak of 'password' are you referring to the one that you loog into the online console with or the one that one can set in Advanced Settings > Access Control to prevent tampering with the WSA settings?
