Webroot SA doesn't load - Folders are empty

Hi,
 
I've had webroot SA installed since July. Today I booted up my PC (running Win 7 Ultimate 32bit) and webroot didn't start up at all. I had a look in the start menu and tried to start it from there but a message came up saying it had been moved. I checked the webroot folder in the Program Files folder and that is now completely empty (the last modification was 11 am GMT on the 19th of August i.e. the last time I booted up my PC).
 
Does anyone know what the problem could be?

This could have been an issue with your update to .229. A clean uninstall and reinstall would solve the issue but I would like to take a look at the logs to see any details of why this may have occured. I will Open a Support Ticket for you using the email address you used to register here on the forum with. I will send the instructions for our log gathering utility and you will receive an email with a password to log in to the ticket system.

Thanks Mike that would be great. I reinstalled the software and all seems to be back to normal.
