Why does it tell me I need to activate my account every time, when I already have done so?

Every time I bring up the control panel, it tells me I need to activate my account via email, yet I have already done so.

Welcome to the Community Forums.
 
May I ask/get you to precise exactly what you mean by "the Control Panel"?  Is this the WSA main app panel or are you logging on to the web console (here) when yo are getting the message about activation?
 
If you would clarify this point then I am sure that will be able to help you or at least point you in the right direction to getting it sorted.
