Why does my login page still say my subscription has expired?

Many thanks for the additional information.  May I ask what license you have purchased and how many days remaning you would expect to have under that license?
 
Also, please go to your Web Console, sign in and once on the main page, click on your email address in the top right hand corner, select 'Manage  keycodes' from the dropdonw menu and check no. of days remining under that column of the information displayed...and then come back to let us know what you find.

Webroot direct.  I received a CD in the mail, but still will not let me in.

It would be useful if you ould advise as to whether your license/subscription is via Best Buy or from Webroot either direct or via another reseller?
