Why does my Mobile Security tab say in yellow my device (a Samsung Galaxy S5) needs attention?

I run updates and scan my device every day.  No threats have been found.  None are ignored or quarantined either.
 
Any way to get it to say protected like my PCs do?  Or is there a hidden problem somewhere?

Can you go to Webroot and open Security/Antivirus/ at the bottom left open Shields and make sure all those are checked.

Let me know what you find! Ok?
