why does the password manager keep telling me it doesn't recognize e-mail address?

Hell out there I ahd just installed this secure anywhere on my new laptop..it came with from best buy but even after setting up key code /password etc..when I go to google chrome and try to log into password manager it says it cannot recognize e-mail address?...any help would be appreciated....

Hello and welcome to the community.
 
I am not aware of any issues with the password manager at the moment. Try restarting your computer and logging in again. Make certain that you are using the same email that you used when you regestered your version of Webroot.
 
If that still does not work, create a trouble ticket and let Webroot check your account.
