will not let me access popular mechanics site
as soon as an email from popular mechanics opens up it gets blocked saying it may be a malicious site threat, i select unblock page and continue but i only get a dark window with no info i can access this site on my desktop machine that is not using webroot with no issues but i want to access it on my laptop, how can i change the access

Links in emails are sometimes blocked for a variety of reasons. Most of the time, such links are what are called 're-directs': what this means is that your browser is often not directed STRAIGHT to your destination, there are a few hops along the way for tracking and/or adding ads. It may be these hops along the way or the added ads that are causing the problem.
Please submit a Trouble Ticket to have Webroot Support take a look. This is a free service with your valid WSA license, and they may be able to help you fix this.
