Authorizing Installation starts but the process does not proceed

installed version= macOS 10.15.7

installed version Secure anywhere 9.1.0.144

deleted version Secure anywhere

used the seperate link to install 9.1.3 in preparation for the new macOS

entered the license code (accepted)

Window "Installing SecureAnywhere" appears

Authorizing Installation starts with Blue bar.

Blue bar does not move at all, installation process is stalled.

What to do now?
