I got Webroot installed at Best Buy on my MacBook back in November and I'm barely noticing that when I click on the Webroot icon in the taskbar it doesn't do anything. Is it supposed to not open

Hello
You should see a “Green W” in your Toolbar (Upper Right on Screen). When you click on that you should see a drop down menu. Webroot is controlled from there.
As for the “W” in the Dock if it’s showing, I’ve clicked it and nothing happens. Sometimes the “W” is there in the Dock and sometimes it is not, but Webroot is still running.
