I cannot reach a human being from Webroot. Multiple support tickets over weeks have gone unanswered and phone calls are never picked up. Email addresses for sales have also not been replied to. Have they shut down all service? Does anyone have a direct contact number or email where you can reach a person?
My application stopped working on my Mac Powerbook (up to date Catalina) and I cannot get the client to launch. Multiple uninstall, reinstalls later, it just fails to launch. I’m beyond frustrated as I can’t even reach a person in to refund me my recent renewal! Are there no humans at webroot anymore?
