MixBuilder is an adware-laced Potentially Unwanted Program (PUP) that is affecting Mac users by finding a way to get inside their devices to do what it was configured to, which is to display numerous advertisements that will prevent the user from enjoying a productive and normal browsing experience.
Go into Safari and at the upper left hand corner of Safari click Preferences/Security and make sure Block popups are checked. Check Safari Extensions while you are at it. Disable any that you are not familiar with. Clean your History/Cache.
But my advise is to Submit a Support Ticket which is a Free service and they can handle this for you.
Hope this helps?
