SecureAnywhere says; 'Cannot connect to the intenet...'

The scan failed. SecurityAnywhere cannot reach the internet.

 

I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times.  I have also fixed the permissions and disabledSIP.  I raised a ticket with Support they stopped responding,  I raised another and have had no response.

I am running os x 10..15.7 .

I have sent the wsalogs to support twice now.
