Webroot software won't scan


So I renewed my Webroot subscription and everytime it attempts to scan now, it tells me it can't connect to the server.  I had a tech go through my computer and clean it too, just in case something in my system was blocking the softwares ability to scan (yes, I have a paid subscription for that).  I already submitted a support ticket, but is anyone else having a similar issue?

With issues like this it's best to Submit a Support Ticket and they can help you sort it out. I will ping a couple of our Mac experts to see what they have to say @Ssherjj @MacDaddy385
