So I renewed my Webroot subscription and everytime it attempts to scan now, it tells me it can't connect to the server. I had a tech go through my computer and clean it too, just in case something in my system was blocking the softwares ability to scan (yes, I have a paid subscription for that). I already submitted a support ticket, but is anyone else having a similar issue?
