Hi Lyle are to talking about My Webroot also can you see this in your settings to upload your Avatar? If not it could because of your post count?

Yup talking about My Webroot Manage my account online. I know I can access it via my account in the UI but I used to be able to navigate there via Access your Web Console? It's not important, just curious!

I have no problem accessing the Web Console via the WSA GUI also it could be that it opens your Default Browser in which I have Firefox set as, and I'm just assuming that it is related to post count to upload your own Avatar it's best to wait to ask a Webroot Staff member to be sure.

I believe the custom avatar becomes available when you reach Community Guide. I don't know if we want to say the exact number of posts that it requires but I will confirm that tomorrow. 😃
