I have a Trojan which I believe is cryptowall 3.0 that the webroot remote support team can't seem to handle. anyone else have files appearing that are named HELP_DECRYPT or stuff like this ?
file:C:WindowssysWOW64configsystemprofileAppDataRoaming62cc37b6.exe
regkey:HKCU@S-1-5-18SOFTWAREMICROSOFTWINDOWSCURRENTVERSIONRUN\62cc37b6
runkey:HKCU@S-1-5-18SOFTWAREMICROSOFTWINDOWSRRENTVERSIONRUN\62cc37b6

When you say that the Webroot support can't help, have you tried contacting them here? If not, please go ahead and create a support ticket and let them take a look at it.

It's not liek them just to give up on a problem.
