application won't work without shutting down firewall first

I have an application that updates my QuickBooks account.  The auto update will not work if the firewall is on.  I have to turn off the firewall, update the app and turn the firewall back on.  Can I change a setting on Webroot so that I don't need to do this?

Our Team probably just needs to whitelist the files related to your QuickBooks. I've opened a support ticket on your behalf with them so they can make sure to promptly address this issue for you.
