It pops up periodically like windows is looking for something but can't find it. I don't know exactly when it started though. It is recurring. I thought about just resetting windows to get rid of it but that is a real hassel. That is really all I know about it.

What OS are you running...W8.1? Have you had Windows 10 installed at all?
Have you tried a system restore to an earlier point? If all malware scans are coming up clean, then I'd suggest it's best to Submit a Support Ticket and let them sort it out for you.
Some research suggests this could be an Adware/Tracker.
