They do not answer the phone and e-mail is set back address unknown

Unable to install on second machine, refused password and key
I tried all the numbers and e-mail addresses and got nowhere other than an answer by e-mail that they got my e-mail, no other response.

Where did you purchase WSA from? Would be a Best Buy Subscription via Geek Squad? Have you setup your online console? Webroot SecureAnywhere Online Console you may need to remove a system before putting it on another?
