I bought on Best Buy as well last Office 2013 Home & Student, Installed correctly forgot to delete previous Office professional 2010 edition, now doesn´t work the latest the other was a fake or something cause came with iminent search and other bugs , now can´t delete from the front panel. What can I do, please need advice!

Thanks for the heads up...an occassional problem when trying to post from a tablet...LOL.
