cant get rid of pop ups from LaSuperba
I cant get rid of pop up, eventhough I have blocked all pop-ups. Some times I can't get rid of them without getting off the internet I just purchased Web Root on August 23, 2015, When I installed it there were eight problems taken care of. The one pop up that comes come most is LaSuberba.ex. I would appreciate any advise

LaSuperba: is known as a adware program that will cause popups and advertisements from different types of companys to get you to click on them.you can try uninstalling the program from your pc and see if this resloves the problem and then do a virus scan to see if the adware has gone.

To add to ? reply if I may. We have a write up by the Community for issues like this that you can try to follow.
What you are seeing and describing sounds like it may be what we the Community refer to as a PUA. (Potentially Unwanted Application) These are very annoying at best in that they cause pop-us, redirect your browser home page, and other behavior that may slow down the computer and direct ads your way, but they are not actually doing anything bad like damaging files or stealing information. Often they are installed intentionally by you the user as browser add-ons for various tasks such as quick search tools.. but they also come with the result of added annoying pop-ups and ads. Other times they 'piggy back' with other software that you installed, or try to 'sneak' onto your system entirely.
WSA does detect and remove many PUA's, and more are being added, but WSA does not detect all of them. A simple browser add-on with PUA behavior that is easy to identify and easy to remove is not likely to be detected and removed by WSA. Those that are intentionally difficult to locate and remove are. Please see THIS LINK for more information regarding Webroot's stance on these annoying programs.
For those that are not detected by WSA, please see this KB Article. It has some easy to follow directions on locating and removing PUA's. You may also want to submit a Trouble Ticket, especially if you cannot remove it easily from the directions in the KB Article.
For those that ARE detected by WSA, but cannot be removed automatically, you can submit a Trouble Ticket. Webroot Support will help you get these annoying 'crapware' off your computer at no extra charge, and the additional examples may help to better automatic removal of that particular PUA for all users in the future.

PUAs are a real problem and both advertisers and thugs are creating new ones and sending them into the wild every day. Because of the sheer numbers of these new and deceptive apps being released it is not impossible for any single AV program to catch every one.
If you catch one, and even if you can eliminate it yourself, it would be beneficial to you and everyone else if you open a ticket and make the support team aware so they can add it to the detection list.
Since most of these annoyance apps are delivered during another program install, you might want to follow this simple bullet list to assist in keeping your PC free of these PUAs.
These are but a few actions that you can take, but they can limit the number of these annoyances that slip through.

- Download from the author’s site whenever possible.
- Download from a known good and safe source when the author's site is not available for download.
- If you are not sure about the download source you can check it against Webroot's BrightCloud url checker. http://www.brightcloud.com/tools/url-ip-lookup.php
- You could also check the file against VirusTotal.com to see if it has been flagged as potentially dangerous. https://www.virustotal.com/
- Watch very closely during the install to see if there are any "hitchhiker" apps that are tagging along and un-select them if possible.
These are but a few actions that you can take, but they can limit the number of these annoyances that slip through.
