Charged twice, renewal failed, still expired

As the title suggests, I was charged twice $65.16 and $65.31 for a one year renewal and my account didn't renew...still 'expired subscription.'

What Company did you renew it through ? Was it through Webroot  or Best Buy or some other place ?
