Chrome Browser (yeah again...)

I do not care about the WR toolbar, but am I protected using Chrome when I am visiting sites? I am using the current version, 22.0.1229.94 m, but see no signs of WebRoot as an extension, or in blocking any sites I have visited, although I generally only visit the big name sites like MS.com for example.

If using Chrome is a liability, then this should have been more clearly stated when I purchased the product. I use Chrome 99% of the time.

Hi rlramirez77,

Welcome to the Webroot Community!

The answer to your question is yes! Although there is currently no Webroot extension for Chrome (our developers are working on one now), Webroot is still protecting you when you're using Chrome to visit websites via the Identity Shield. You can find more information on managing identity protection (plus much more) by checking out the SecureAnywhere user guide for PC's. Below is a screenshot of the supported browsers for the Identity Shield (from the aforementioned user guide):

Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks, that's all I wanted to know.
