When I go to the login page for my webroot account and click on Consumer Release Notes under "More Information", no releases are mentioned, it's blank under Windows PC Notes. Should I be concerned about this? I want to make sure I keep up to date! Thanks.

Hi jreddoch

No, I would not be concerned about that...I am seeing the same and to be honest I suspect that most of us do not use that feature but rather get all the information we need from the Announcements and Release Notes site right here in the Community.

But I will ping our most excellent Community Manager ? so that he is aware and perhaps can advise back on the point you have raised.

Yeah I'm getting the same behavior when I try it. Something must be broken with that page. I'll alert the tech writer who manages that page so they can get it fixed. Thanks for catching that - you get the bug finder badge!

As bugs go, I imagine that's small potatoes, but it's the first time I've ever done that, so thanks!

It looks like this might be related to the www.webroot.com pages switching over to https today. While the business release notes page works ok, the consumer one seems to have suffered in the transition. We'll get it fixed as soon as possible. On the plus side, all of www.webroot.com is now https - I guess I must have missed the memo that the launch was today :)

Edit: just got word that the fix for this should go out overnight and the page should work again in the morning.
