How do I download files from my email such as my resume? I get a message that states I can not download due to security protection on my computer.
Also, is there any way I can restore/recover files that have been damaged on my computer after they were encrypted during a virus.

It's best if you Submit a Support Ticket and they can see what is going on and help you and please don't use any other Anti-Malware cleaners as this could cause more problems for the Support Agent to help you!
