Even this Video is for the 2013 version it's still good to show how to install on a Mac! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7hcOGm-MzpI

Also can you tell me if you have the Best Buy Subscription Service or did you buy from another retailer or online? I need to know to make sure I give the right download link to download a fresh copy!

Thanks,

Daniel 😉
Hi Triple Helix :)

Thanks for the warm welcome!  I got the initial version of Webroot from  Bestbuy.  It worked fine after 2 days & had excellent scans (5 full scans).  However, on Day 2 , after a Skype conversation, I noticed an error message.  I then tried to download the wbn based version 5X still with the same error message.   Can you please help me correct the problem?  I resorted back to the original CD version but STILL "Scan Failed" message after 1 sec.

I'm going offline soon so just in case it is a Best Buy Sub that you have please contact GeekSquad: http://www.webroot.com/us/en/home/products/geeksquad-dl if it's not a Best Buy Sub contact the Webroot Support Inbox: Webroot Customer Service
And keep us updated as this could help other Mac users!

Thanks,

Daniel 😉

How did you get it working may I ask as it could help other Members of Mac's with WSA issues?

Cheers,

They should contact you within 24 hours and I'm sure you will be contacted by tomorrow maybe because it's a Mac issue I don't know but I will find out more tomorrow.
