forgot security question

I recently changed my phone, I had 2FA enabled. cannot loginto console anymore as it requires the authentication. cannot open a ticket as well. there are 3 security Questions I know 2 of the 3 but the third keeps telling me it is wrong. I pretty sure it is not as I know what the first car was. up for renewal, no phone support always say closed. been a long time customer but getting pi@@ as I cannot do something simple like resent, been searching for days though FAQ no answers.
