Has anyone had all their files encrypted and held hostage for money?
All my files have been corrupted on my computer and I am getting a message saying that if I visit a web page and pay money I can get my files back. Has anyone else gotten this??? And is there a way to safe my files on the computer???

I beleive I saw where@ mentioned for you to open a support ticket. That is sound advice and they can help you remove the virus.
As for your files, if they have truly been encrypted, I hope you have a good backup. Most people find that is the only way they can get their files back.
