How do you know what virus Webroot removed from you computer and probable sources?

Welcome to the Community Forums.
If you review the Threat Log (you can access it from clicking the gear/cog symbol to the right of the Utilities tab in the main app panel, and then on the 'Reports tab. Under that you will find 2 option; one for the Scan Log & the other for the Threat Log).
Clicking on the button will offer you the option to save the log on your system, and doing so also opens up the log in a text editor window which allows you to browse, search, etc. the contents.
